MINIMUM COCKPIT CREW

  1. For the purpose of securing safety of aircraft, its crew and passengers, all Indian Registered aircraft used for operation of public air transport shall carry a co-pilot where such aircraft are fitted with Dual Control System, and

  2. State Government aircraft and other private category aircraft while oeprated as VIP flight, shall carry a second pilot with appropriate endorsement to his licence to act as pilot-in-command on the type of aircraft to be flown.
