a[ 11A. Penalty for failure to comply with directions issued under
section 5A.-
If any person wilfully fails to comply with any direction issued under section
5A, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to b[two
years] or with fine which may extend to
c[ten lakh] rupees, or with both].
